It would be nice if someone can add a default (or an option to configure) delay
(like the one to show widgets popup) to the hidden panels before they show up
on mouse over.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:
Make the panel show up with a short delay when you go on it's edge of the
screen with the mouse
